With so many different fruits in season – summer desserts should be filled with them. From cobblers and crisps to homemade ice cream and sorbets – learn how to keep everyone smiling with your fruit dessert repertoire. We’ll learn how to make classic cobblers as well as the technique of making custard-style ice cream so creamy – you’ll never want to buy store-made again. We won’t forget to teach you all the must-haves and have-nots for selecting, storing and prepping your summer fruit.

Classes cost $45 include demonstrations, recipes and tastings.
Cancellations must be 36-hours prior to class for a refund or to be moved to another class. Just like any event ticket (even movie ticket) - we cannot refund, reschedule or find you a replacement (though you are welcome to find someone in your stead) after those 36-hours.
