Dining al fresco with an elegant but easy to execute menu – that’s the goal of this class all the while teaching you great cooking techniques. Why not impress your friends and recreate this menu. On the menu: White Sangria, Gorgonzola Bruschetta with Stone Fruit, Pork & Chicken Brochettes with Mint Gremolata, Orzo with Basil and Heirloom Tomatoes and Plum Gratin with Honey-Lavender Cream.
Classes cost $45 include demonstrations, recipes and tastings.
Cancellations must be 36-hours prior to class for a refund or to be moved to another class. Just like any event ticket (even movie ticket) - we cannot refund, reschedule or find you a replacement (though you are welcome to find someone in your stead) after those 36-hours.
