All sorts of sexual abuse, harassment & trauma can have a big impact on our lives. Whether it's something that happened in a fleeting moment or over a long period, the after affects can be significant and long lasting.

With the advent of the #metoo movement, some of the prevalence of these experiences are only just being begun to be understood more broadly, which is certainly a good thing.

But how do we take these experiences, honour them, and create a life of joy and deep satisfaction beyond them- letting them be the medicine and gift that they can be?

How do we heal in a way the places us firmly in the power seat, and thrive from the places inside of us that may have felt shamed, weak, terrified, overwhelmed, rageful, and more?

And how do we lovingly be with the imprints the trauma or abuse may have left in our lives, and live a life of thriving relationships, work, play, and sexual relating, - whilst consciously healing at the rate that is right for our own innate and valuable process?

Lora Radford was abducted and raped at 3 years old, and then experienced multiple instances of other sexual abuse & trauma up until her early teens. These patterns of abuse then later re-appeared in her adult consensual relationships with men, which while all consensual, also had traumatising elements.

Simon Wing-Lun has been doing deep healing work with both women & men who've experienced sexual abuse for the last 8 years, and has helped people heal from all sorts of different sexual trauma & violent experiences.

Drawn together by their shared passion for healing and resonance with unconditional love, both Simon & Lora know that healing from abuse is a journey and generally not a one time thing.

Yet their passion is sharing that this journey can be more fast, easier and more fun than many people imagine. In this evening workshop they'll be introducing the principles of healing they use everyday to heal and work with this trauma, that has created the foundation for a thriving and joyful life.

There can be a tendency for some people to consciously or unconsciously ignore or downplay the need for healing. Sometimes we want to feel "everything's ok" when in a practical sense it isn't.

At other times we can use healing, the trauma, or old stories as an excuse for staying in patterns of victimhood, blame, disempowerment, or not really embracing all the love and opportunity that's available here now.

In this evening workshop, we'll be sharing how we honour vulnerability and the need for healing, while staying empowered and open to the joy that's in every moment. And we'll be sharing how we actively live with the awareness of trauma in our lives and intimate relationship.

We'll also be sharing how the simple yet powerful process of Unconditional Love Healing has helped us transform a huge amount of trauma in a short space of time, and given us the keys to unlock a life of joy.

This event is open to both women & men who would like to learn more about healing sexual abuse.

Whether you've been affected by sexual abuse, have been in relationships or friendships with others who have been, or work in a professional context where these issues are relevant, this workshop is designed to be of benefit to you.
