The workshop will focus upon self care and wellbeing. We will learn the basics of meditation and meditate together, and work with essential oils and how they can help with relaxation. We then will work together to find a 'mantra', which is a personal statement to use during meditation to clear the mind. We will do collage art work together and incorporate our 'mantra' into the art. Each participant will leave with a framed original piece of art, to take home and hang.
This workshop is free and limited to 10 participants. RSVP on FB event page as "going" to confirm, or call 610-741-3923
