Join Lauren once a month for a grounding and relaxing group meditation practice.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Perfect for beginners and regular meditators are most welcome to these sessions.

WHY MEDITATE?
Meditation has been proven to support people in:

having a more calm and quiet mind
feeling more grounded and present in every day moments
becoming more mindful and conscious of the choices they are making in your life
increasing self awareness
increasing their sense of self compassion and for others
thinking more clearly
dealing with challenges and stress better
feeling a deeper sense of harmony and balance
allowing emotions to flow more easily
reconnecting with their body and intuition

WHY MEDITATE IN A GROUP?
There are so many reasons to meditate with a group!

Meditating with a group helps develop a habit of meditating.
Receive feedback and support from your teacher and other meditators.
People who meditate in a group can experience deeper connection to self and with those around them. Perhaps this is because you can feel a real connection with others by tapping into the same silence and source of peace at the same time. In fact, we can literally meet people on the same wavelength: recorded EEG results show that brainwaves synchronise while meditating.
Come together with like minded souls. Embrace the opportunity to engage socially in respectful and meaningful interactions are so beneficial to mental health and general wellbeing.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NIGHT?
The sessions will be held from Lauren's beautiful home in Wembley. Each session will include a 30-40 minute guided meditation followed by a group discussion and herbal tea.

For the meditation you may either sit on a meditation cushion or a chair or lie down - which ever style suits you!

Please note there is a maximum of 8 spaces.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING/WEAR?
Being comfortable is very important. So please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

If you have your own meditation cushion please bring that along. However I will have meditation cushions for use and for you to borrow for the duration of the course.
