Enjoy 30-45 minutes of relaxing restorative yin yoga and gentle movement practices specially designed to prepare the body and mind for meditation, followed by 30 minutes of guided qigong meditation. The asana portion of class will specifically work with meridian lines and energetic centers of the body in preparation for our Qigong meditation.
