In this workshop we will explore the many ways in which meditation can improve our health mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. You will learn how to develop a formal meditation practice through time proven techniques that anyone can do. If you have never tried meditation or perhaps have only experimented a few times, this is a great place to start and come to understand how to incorporate it into your life.
It is not difficult in this time of modern life to become overwhelmed with the demands of our busy day to day lives. Things seem to be moving at a pace so fast that we find ourselves dealing with stress, fatigue, and frustration in trying to keep up. The question now to be asked is how do we slow down? The answer is through meditation and learning how to calm our minds.
