Beginner; Ages 8-12

Monday: France
Crepes (savoury and sweet)
Quiche (mini)
Discuss types of cheese, rolled in dough (like croissants) and other French desserts (macarons, crème brulees)

Tuesday: Mediterranean

Wednesday: Mexican

Thursday: Italian
