The Lodge is very excited to announce the addition of Les Mills classes to the group exercise schedule! Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. In addition to free healthy snacks and giveaways (while supplies last), we will have a WET-N-SWEAT BONUS SALE! Participants who take part in the event or swing by to check out the new classes will be eligible to purchase a special 21-punch Wet-N-Sweat card for the price of 20 (purchase must be made during the event, in the gymnasium in person between 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., limit one per person)!

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout and can burn up to 540 calories while toning and tightening your muscles and problem areas.

GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
