Triathlon can quickly go from Swim Bike Run to swim, transition, equipment, FTP, TPS, NBC, energy systems, lock laces, goggles, saddles, handle bars, which watch, bilateral breathing, satellite connections, drink this not that, eat now not then, data, more data, where on earth is my data?!, finishing times, splits, MORE DATA!!!
Spend an afternoon with us at the Loft as we bring back the basics of triathlon. Whether you're an expert, 10 time iron distance finisher, or gearing up for your first ever triathlon this clinic will be beneficial to all. We'll cover everything between training, racing and recovering.
The second part of the session will include an open and interactive forum with seasoned triathletes of all abilities. Feel free to bring your equipment with any questions. There will be an opportunity to practice transitions in the parking lot as well. Family friendly and FREE so bring all of your tri friends!
