It's that time again...
Last month we learned all about Mindfulness & Meditation, and now we'd like to show you how those same skills can translate into the rest of your life by introducing you to this Month's topic - Meditation in Motion.
In the session, you'll be learning some basic techniques to help you take that focus and energy you generate in meditation and extend it out into your lives. The session will be led by one of our wellness vet's, Suzi Seha who will be introducing you to:
i. Yoga for meditation
ii. Dance Meditation (don't worry you don't need to know how to dance)
iii. Meditation using sound (you know how we love those singing bowls. This is that on fleek ;) )
- Something to sit and lie on - cushion, blanket, yoga mat
- Socks, jacket, beanie if you get cold
Eat a light snack (a fruitbar or something, don't be hungry or too full) and head to the bathroom before hand.
