Learn through Classical Yoga techniques how to balance physical and mental health. During this workshop you will learn simple techniques that can be helpful before and during menses and menopause. We will explore pranayama to balance the flow of energy in the body, postures that positively influence the hormonal system and Yoga Nidra to release mental tensions.
