After spending the last few months hiding away in the studio Petrodollars are finally breaking the silence with the release of their long awaited first single ‘Closer’.
Recorded between the Musician’s Making a Difference studio facilities on the Central Coast and One Flight Up Studios in Sydney, ‘Closer’ is the first single off Petrodollars debut EP of the same name.
Engineered and mixed by the sonic wizard himself Rohan Parry and treated to the legendary mastering standards of the prolific Ted Jensen (Green Day, Silverchair, Blink-182, Paramore, Fall Out Boy), the lads in Petrodollars cannot wait to share this EP with the world.
Joining Petrodollars on Friday 13th April at The Lounge Room will be fellow coasties and purveyors of all manner of Alternative/Pop Rock goodness, Damsel in Dismay.
Alongside the Pop Rock powerhouse that is Trigger Jo, smashing out their own brand of awesome in the form of synthy sweeps, tasty guitar licks and some seriously killer vocal harmonies.
The lads will also be bringing to the stage their good mates and acoustic songsmiths, The Emerald Ruby, and Oddity to make sure your Friday night starts out right.
You do not want to miss this one, and space is limited so make sure you grab your tickets ASAP to avoid missing out.
