A yoga class designed for new moms. This class will help you regain strength and energy, assisting your body in the transition after birth. Focus is on yoga postures that encourage your body to come back
together, rebuilding abdominal, back and pelvic floor strength, releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, and opening the chest. Enjoy interactive poses with your baby, engage with a community of moms and babies, share information, experience and birth stories in a supportive environment.
Ideal for mamas with babies age 6 weeks to confident walking. (Please check with your doctor or midwife before beginning physical activity after birth.)
