Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. You will rest comfortably in a reclined position while you are guided through active breathing techniques, visualizations, and a unique auditory experience. During the practice of yoga nidra, one appears to be asleep but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.
Megan McFadden is a certified Therapeutic Yoga teacher. She has practiced yoga for 7 years and studied 1000 hours in yoga theory yet, nidra yoga remains one of her favorite practices to share and experience.
Jordan Minor has been studying and playing spiritual-folk music for a decade. His journey in yoga began after experiencing a yoga nidra practice.
