It describes a state of Consciousness where the mind is free from scattered thoughts and various habitual patterns.
The classes will help you learn how to relax your mind, sharpen your concentration, then begin feeling more energized and refreshed. They will also provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and challenging situations. Meditation will help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love. In this beginner’s series you will learn mindfulness, breathing, and easy to follow guided Meditations. Please bring your yoga mat.
