Children’s yoga sessions running weekly at the Mill Arts Centre 4.30-5.30pm every Monday during term time starting on Monday 16th April. Suitable for ages 5-11.
Yoga gives children the tools to enable them to calm themselves, gives them greater awareness of their own emotions and reduces anxiety. Practicing yoga will improve flexibility, balance and strength and increase children’s self confidence.
Classes include breathing, postures, partner yoga, games, relaxation and creative crafts.
