Lyn will present a menu which draws inspiration from local history, local produce, and the local brewing industry.
With investment pouring into craft beer in Ballarat the importance of the region is set to grow.
We’ll be exploring both the past and future of beer in the region. We have teamed up with industry pioneers Red Duck and the up and coming Cubby Haus Brewing who will be presenting 3 unique brews each which we’ll be matching with six courses from our Head Chef, Lyn Brooke.
With a theme of Past | Present | Future, we’ll have a beer from each of our breweries which will be a tip of the hat to the Ballarat beer culture of yesteryear, a beer from each which celebrates craft beer as it stands today, and a beer from each which explores what future might hold for craft beer in the region.
