The museum is home to an extraordinary collection of musical instruments from around the world and across the ages. Join Eugene Symphony’s Composer-in-Residence Augusta Read Thomas as she explores the world of bells through a special exhibition of treasured instruments from our collections. The event will feature bell demonstrations by members of Third Coast Percussion and a performance of Thomas’ Mansueto Tribute “double helix” for two violins, with choreography by Alito Alessi and dancers of DanceAbility International.

Included with regular museum admission; free for MNCH members and UO ID card holders. Cosponsored by Eugene Symphony Association.
