Our vinyasa yoga workshop will be a flowing and fun class focusing on core and arm strength. Starting with a fun flow to warm up and build energy, we will work towards crow, side crow, headstand variations and other arm balances with some fun transitions along the way. Working through the fundamentals of each posture in a flowing, friendly, small group space with lots of individual attention, we will finish with a nourishing juice.
Vinyasa flow yoga
Vinyasa, meaning ‘flow’, is one of the most popular forms of yoga. It interlinks postures to create a flowing, more dynamic physical challenge, but again culminating in savasana relaxation so you’re left energised, refreshed and positive. Suitable for all levels of experience. A moderate level of fitness required – although you don’t have to be a gym bunny!
