Classes are 45-50 minutes in length for WOMEN ONLY, 16 years and older. Created for all fitness levels. No dance experience is necessary... really.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement. Bring a water bottle as well to keep your body well hydrated and refreshed. You might prefer to have your own towel and mat.
