6 Week Workshop

New to yoga or looking to deepen the foundation of your practice?

If you are new to Yoga or know someone that has been wanting to see what yoga is all about, this introductory series of 6 yoga classes will fully immerse beginners in their own personal journey towards self-discovery and self-transformation. Each practice will build on the last, creating an awakening of awareness and energy throughout the body. Practice by practice, you will learn to connect your breath with your body and mind, stretch and strengthen the entire body, release chronic tension and discover a sense of well-being that follows you off the mat and into the world.

Note- This class involves seated floor positions, kneeling and standing. While there are modifications for many of these poses, this is a physical class that does require getting up and down from the floor.

*Per OM Center Policy: This class is a 6 week series. Series and workshops are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and because of limited space are not able to be made up during another session. There are no refunds, make up sessions, or exchanges for missed classes due to injury, illness or unforeseen life events.
