Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. This yoga class is designed for all with modifications for beginners.


This class is free to Members of The Perlene and $10 for non-member guests. Please bring a yoga mat. You MUST preregister for class with a ticket one hour before the class starts (ticket sales will close at this time). No drop-ins.
