Six Week Course (drop in classes available)
We know that pregnancy and birth benefits from having a strong body and a balanced outlook, so at Mama B’s we promote safe, effective exercise building strength and stability for pregnancy, birth and beyond. We’ve combined yoga and pilates to bring you and your bump the best of both. The classes are run as a six week course allowing us to build up progressions and variations on the physical poses as well as imparting and practicing breath work and deep relaxation techniques.
Handouts for the breath work covered in class will be given at the end of the course for you to continue practising at home.
Drop In Classes ARE available however they will be dependant on availability.
