This is a circuit style Pilates open studio hour designed for athletes of all abilities, active people who want to take charge of their workout and those for whom Pilates is the chosen activity. This unique session uses the whole studio and all apparatus including mat, reformer, tower, barrels and small gizmos like foot corrector and weighted poles. Learn aid performance and bolster your training all season round. Your host Scott (multiple times Ironman triathlete and marathoner and legendary swim coach) and his sidekick Judyta (Pilates and parkour ninja and athlete) will put you in four groups and guide you through four twenty minute circuits of mat, reformer, tower and other apparatus. This unique strength and conditioning circuit will support swimming, biking and running and other active lifestyles. Pilates has kept Scott on the road well beyond his 'sell by date’. The studio promotes controlled whole body movement and stretch with strength and control. In this hour you will learn to work through developmental sequences and work with an independence that you can take outside the studio and into your daily life.

To benefit from this session you will be in good health and injury free (everyday niggles are ok) and have experience on either mat or apparatus or both. You will be independent and able to take charge of your own body and any apparatus you use with minimum supervision.
We recommend a minimum of ten reformer lessons or 20 mat lessons before joining this group.
