On July 16th 2017, the Horror genre lost one of its true icons with the passing of George A. Romero. Join us on June 24th 2018 as we pay tribute to one of the most influential genre filmmakers of all time with a day dedicated to his most enduring legacy, the DEAD films. We are looking forward to bringing you the film that started it all in NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (1968), the director's undisputed masterpiece DAWN OF THE DEAD (1978), the underrated cult classic DAY OF THE DEAD (1985) and finally his triumphant return to the series with LAND OF THE DEAD (2005). They're coming to get you...

We'll be screening at the Plaza in Stockport (less than 10 mins by train from Manchester city centre) - an amazing art deco super-cinema that has been lovingly restored to its former glory.

1.30pm: NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (96 mins - Cert 15)
3.30pm: DAWN OF THE DEAD (127 mins - Cert 18)
6.00pm: DAY OF THE DEAD (96 mins - Cert 18)
8.00pm: LAND OF THE DEAD (93 mins - Cert 18)

We'll also have a Grimm stall selling lots of horror goodies and competition prizes on offer throughout the evening.

Tickets: £22 for a day pass, or catch each movie individually for £7.50.

All films are suitable for ages 18+ only, apart from NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD which is rated 15.
