Don't miss out on this exclusive breakfast with award winning journalist Chris Masters.

Chris will be speaking on his most recent book 'No Front Line - Australian Special Forces at War in Afghanistan'.

Chris Masters is well known as the longest serving reporter on the ABC flagship public affairs program ‘Four Corners’. His landmark reports for that program include Big League, French Connections, and The Moonlight State. He is also a well known author and his books include Inside Story, Not for Publication, Jonestown, Uncommon Soldier and most recently No Front Line: Australian Special Forces at War in Afghanistan. Jonestown won the 2007 Queensland Premier’s Literary Award (the Harry Williams Award) and the 2007 Walkley Award for the best non-fiction book. Chris was appointed Adjunct Professor in Journalism at RMIT in 2004 and in 2006 RMIT awarded him an honorary doctorate in Communications. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 1999 and the Centenary Medal in 2001. He serves on the national Board of directors of the children’s cancer charity, Redkite.
