We are delighted to welcome back our favourite posh clowns The Establishment, who will set the evening off to a roaring start. Their gentle skewering of the upper classes is uniquely genius in its silliness, satire and genuine warmth. Expect belly laughs and audience interaction.
Headlining tonight, we are thrilled to have managed to convince veteran stand-up and Comedy Store regular Alan Francis to venture down to sunny Sydenham for his first appearance with us. Alan's comedy pedigree includes Alan Partridge, The 11 O'clock Show and Alistair McGowan's Big Impression. The Scotsman described his stand-up as "thought provoking, eloquent and entertaining".
Esther Manito will be bringing her stand-up that is "bold, original and unapologetic" and we'll welcome a newish act whose star is on the rise, young Ryan Dalton, "quick-witted with an aggressive charm". Sharp-suited Sean Sellers will be your compere.
Doors open at 7.30pm for pre-show drinks. Show starts at 8.30pm and lasts until approximately 11.00pm with intervals.
The bar is open until midnight with dancing to cheesy pop oldies.
Tickets bought online are £13 plus a £1.30 booking fee. Tickets on the door will be £15.
Seating is first-come first-served. On very busy nights, some ticket holders will sit or stand in the bar
so early arrival is recommended.
