Come join us for a delicious retreat of pure rest and relaxation, combining the potency of yin yoga and gong bath practices, to melt away tension, worries and concerns, leaving you feeling deeply nurtured and refreshed.
We begin with opening the space and settling into the morning, followed by a 90-minute yin yoga session.
With its emphasis on floor-based asana, yin yoga practice allows us to turn inwards and become aware, without judgement as to what goes on in the present moment in our body and mind. We learn to observe the breath and to use the breath as a focus for our practice. Regular yin yoga practice allows the fascia around the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders to hydrate, allowing muscles to lengthen and the range of moment in a joint to increase and enables the body and mind to drop into deeply nourishing relaxation.
We take a short break for water or tea and light snack and then dive fully clothed into a 60-minute Gong Bath.
With you lying comfortably on the yoga mat, you will fall into a deep meditation that invites you to relax, clear and release old patterns, stimulate your immune system, refresh your whole being and discover a state of bliss
