Kopi Luwak is a solo singer songwriter, using guitar loops and sample pads to make ambient indie electro come to life. With influences ranging from 'The xx' to 'RUFUS', and an obsession for immersive sounds.
Compendium play a mix of music formed at the intersection of many styles - folk, metal, jazz, flamenco, and many others go into the pot from which their compositions spring. Based in inner-western Sydney, the band is led by multi-instrumentalist James Kemp (on guitar), along with jazz trumpeters Kyle Eardley (playing double bass and heckling) and Heather Prowse (on flugelhorn), with all contributing vocals. Having formed the band in mid-2017, they are currently working on releasing their first single. Heavily influenced by progressive music of all genres, Compendium tell stories with music, and sometimes words.
