Circuit Training is a workout set-up in stations. You will do each designated exercise for a set period of time - you move AT YOUR OWN PACE.

CORE on the FLOOR is a slow workout designed for ALL fitness levels. Each exercise is done at your own pace, with many modifications given to help you choose the correct workout for your fitness level. Everything is done on the mat. All equipment is provided.

Suspension Training is a bodyweight workout with straps suspended from the ceiling. This workout is still great for all fitness levels - exercises can be made easier for a beginner, and more challenging for the advanced - just by changing the foot or hand positioning. Give it a try!
