Happy Spring! Spring’s increasing temperatures and sunlight never comes too soon! Spring, according to Ayurveda, is the “first of the year”, a new beginning.
This time of year we look to Ayurveda to help us transition from the heaviness and dryness of winter to the lightness and moisture of Spring!
Join Isis and Mary for a 2 hour workshop utilizing asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, and Ayurvedic practices (a time-honored science of mind-body health developed over 3000 years ago) specifically designed to follow nature's path and to adjust to the new season.
We offer a time of practice and rejuvenation to focus our attention to clearing out the lingering heavy effects of winter to create lightness, clarity, and energy. A handout of suggested Ayurvedic applications and practices for home use will be available.
