Easy to follow cardio and toning workout combining step with body conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen/tone your entire body. Experience exercises which target areas such as your thigh, stomach, booty, and arms. You will be able to work at your own pace which is sure to leave you feeling invigorated, toned, fit, and glowing!

Members - $3 per class/$35 unlimited classes
Non-Members - $5 per class
