We will explore a variety of wild foraged foods, where the foods can be found near you and sustainable harvesting practices.
Together we will taste a variety of chef prepared wild foods and get hands on in the kitchen creating your own wild food recipe.
Participants will leave inspired with a Foraging Guide, Recipe Book and 2 Prepared Wild Foods.
