Texas A&M Agrilife Extension and the Texas Hill Country Wineries Association are pleased to announce a one day workshop on pest management on April 19th at the Salt Lick Vineyards near Driftwood, Texas. The morning program will focus on management of Pierce’s disease and cotton root rot through the use of cultural practices with a demonstration of chemigation as a management tool. After lunch on your own, we will have a general discussion on strategies for controlling fungal diseases of fruit and foliage. All discussions will take place in the field and will be in an informal setting. Bring a lawn chair and a list of questions.
