Through the collective effort of churches, ministries, organizations, and individuals committed to nurturing the lives of black women, there will be a luncheon on Saturday, April 28 from 11:30-2:30.

Black women from across the cities are invited to gather at Sanctuary Covenant Church as we hear from Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes, author of "Too Heavy a Yoke: Black Women and the Burden of Strength".

The recommended registration contribution is $20/person. Childcare for children 2 years old and up will be available.

Come back to Sanctuary Covenant Church on Sunday, April 29 for morning worship where Dr. Walker-Barnes will be preaching at both services- 9 and 11am.

We hope to see Black women of all ages (teenagers and up) be part of this special time together.
