Many of us have taken Mindfulness courses and have a commitment to the practice. We know and feel its benefits in our lives. It’s hard to keep up – especially if we practice alone. Over time, our skills and commitment may fade – without our intending this to happen. This number of 3-week course is an opportunity to re-connect with your practice. Mindfulness has taught us that we can always ‘begin again’ – it’s at the core of the practice. We can also deepen our practice, look at the obstacles that may be in the way, learn new skills and connect with others on the mindful way. Open to anyone who has done basic mindfulness training and to anyone who wishes to re-connect and deepen their practice.
