Join us for an active and guided goal setting meditation. Through visualization, relaxation and prompting, find what means the most to you in realizing, visualizing and actualizing your goals.
We will have time for both individual reflection and learning from others around us, while we spend two hours figuring out what makes us happy and how to keep that in our lives.
Whether your goals are family, career, self care or otherwise, you are in control of where you are guided to and what you accomplish during this session.
This session will be run by Maegan McConnell, the Executive Director of Peace In Minds, a local mental health practitioner, instructor and registered psychotherapist.
