Yoga can help with enhancing your sports performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility to become stronger in your chosen sports.
The class will include yoga therapeutics to de-stress and unwind muscular tension as well as providing exercises that can be done before or after you train.
Meditation will also be included to help improve your focus and breathing ability - applying this meditative state to your sport of choice can vastly improve your concentration and thus enjoyment of the exercise itself.
