Come learn, discover, and enjoy the profound benefits of mindful writing with The Seed House family. In this innovative 5-session course, meditation and journaling are combined to open your heart to healing, creativity, and empowerment. Even if writing isn’t something you’re comfortable with or you are new to meditation, you will be taught meditation practices that will help you write effortlessly, endlessly, and creatively. In each one hour session, guided meditation will be followed by introduction to a new writing technique. This class is a safe space that invites writers of all backgrounds to join a community of committed individuals who are willing to learn and practice self-love together. The goal is to uncover our limiting beliefs, all too often reinforced through trauma, for the sake of reclaiming our universal worth, identity, and power. Students who are enrolling in the Mindful Writing series for the first time will receive a Seed House journal. Everyone is welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to slow down and drop in over a complementary cup of herbal tea.
Dan Teano joins The Seed House to offer this class. Dan is passionate about promoting emotional health, as well as unraveling the creative potential in people, especially through meditation and writing. Since he discovered mindful writing, Dan has read several books on the topic, learned various meditation techniques, and has taught courses in his hometown, Media, PA. His valentine for you?
