• ALISHA TODD
Alisha Todd weaves the songs of a traveller, which speak of every intention to comprehend connection of land and bones, incorporating the rhythmical tendencies of street ciphers with soundscapes inspired by our achingly beautiful landscapes and the complexity of jazz minds, crying out from within a bundle of taut metal, finely selected wood and sunkissed flesh that is Alisha Todd.

2012 brought the much-anticipated milestone of the production of her debut EP ‘Of All Time’, a 5-track collection of pop-inspired original songs, with the official release in mid 2013. The EP has been warmly received at pre-launch gigs supporting fellow Australian independent artists Marshall Okell and Claude Hay. 'Without Us' earned Alisha three Dolphin Awards Finalist Nominations in the categories of Vocalist of the Year, Pop Song of the Year and New Emerging Talent of the Year and 'Charlie' making finalist in Pop song of the year for both Dolphin Awards and The Music Oz awards.

Following the release of her debut EP, Alisha set off on a 3.5 year journey of self, cultural and geographical discovery through Europe and England, soaking in the eclectic scenes of Bristol and Ibiza. 2017 has seen a maturation of a new wave of material collected over the 3.5 year period. With a new profound affection for jazz fusion, the vocal rhythms encountered in late night street ciphers and the vivid beauty of diverse landscapes imprinted on the back of her eyelids, Alisha shares a personal story of an adventure that belongs to everyone. Her most recent release, February 2018, has been the 'Live at Sonic Vista Studios' acoustic EP, recorded atop a mountain in Ibiza, overlooking the vast Mediterranean Sea. Look out, there is much more to come in 2018!
