Using elements of yoga and acrobatic training, we'll get our bodies to a much wider range of flexibility, always keeping strength and alignment in mind.
Flexible muscles that are also strong have a lot of benefits for sport and for daily life: lowering the risk of injury,giving a better protection to our skeletal system, improving our posture, and bringing a whole new level into any movement practice.
This workshop is great for anyone, no need to be flexible at all to start, since we'll work from where we are to grow our bendiness. Dancers, martial artists, climbers, yogis and acrobats can benefit enormously of a specific flexibility training.
