Do you have an interest in meditation and would like to know how to begin practicing? Or perhaps you already practice and would like to explore some different techniques.

During this workshop we will explore mindfulness meditation within the context of yoga philosophy, learn a range of different techniques and the benefits of meditation to your health and well-being.

At the end of the session Saffie will guide you through a journey for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

You will also receive a handout you can take home.
