It is an intelligent mix of cardio and resistance training that will transform your body in a calorie-burning machine.
Brief aerobic interval sets will keep your heart rate high throughout the class, even during the slower section of the workout. The toning section borrows moves from pilates and functional training to target a particular muscle groups, sometimes with the aid of weights, resistance bands or gliders.
The aim of the session is to tone and sculpt your body, while having fun to the backdrops of some super beats.
