*6-7am, Tue, Wed & Friday from April 10-May 4! (INSIDE AND OUT)
*6-7am, Tue & Thur from April 10-May 17! (ALL INDOORS WITH MORE YOGA!)
LATE RISER CAMP:
8:30-9:30am Mon & Wed from April 9-May 16!
Cost: $100 for 4 or 6 weeks/12 sessions for all!

You need a water bottle and mat if you prefer to have your own. We have plenty at the studio. You will always have the option to walk, jog or run when it is a part of our workout. We can modify workouts for just about ANY LIMITATION you think you may have. Our goal is to get EVERYONE moving and having fun while burning off calories!
