Come join us 2x a month on Saturday from 11-1 pm and work on your lifts. It's an open gym style, but we will have a coach there to help you with any questions you have about your form. We will also have a challenge for you to complete at any time you show up. Keeping it casual and focusing on lifting and helping the community.

Cost: $5 drop in for members
$10 for non members
$20 for the month
