"Exercise with Ease" a class combining Yoga, Pilates and Relaxation, designed for anyone to do. Ideal for "Baby Boomers", people new to exercise or anyone recovering from an illness or operation. Chairs available to assist with balance and to ensure safety for all. Six week programme, small class sizes to allow individual attention. First Six week course explores the human body, starting with the feet. $110 for six week course or $20 casual visit.
