Eros tells an intriguing story that examines whether it is possible to learn from hardship or allow moments of tribulation to divert us from our preferred future. Inspired in part by the exciting nature that fuels the culture of live music, the concert weaves acting and instrumental performance in an aurally remarkable world driven by an emotive melodic soundtrack. This performance is an inversion of a typical play with music. This "concert with words" will tell a story through instrumental music with actors reciting a narrative as transitional material between pieces.
This story of transformation propels the audience on a journey of self-discovery in the pursuit of happiness. Ames has lost touch with his inner self as a result of his pursuits. However, as despair sets in, his childhood friend, Ralph, steps in to help. On this inspirational quest, will Ames find the courage to dig himself out of despair, reconnect with his true self, and find true love?
