Meditations for Life - A Workshop in Kundalini Meditations

Kundalini Meditation (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is a powerful tool that can be used to bring about profound positive changes in life, and if practiced regularly, will transform and lift one to a higher state of consciousness and open to a life of amazing new possibilities.
Meditation is proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, bring about a calm & relaxed state, help to increase blood circulation and improve breathing.

In this workshop, students will be guided through a total of 5 meditations. Themes will include "Breathe in Life", "Divine Protection", "Healing Yourself" and "A Life of Abundance".
Each meditation focus will vary, and students will experience different pranayama (breathing), dristi (eye focus), mudra (hand posture) and the power of chanting.
As well as receiving guidance on how to best practice each meditation at home, students will also receive a handy meditation guide which includes copies of each meditation that we will practice in the course.
There is a practical approach to this workshop; fostering a "mindfulness mentality", how to correctly sit when meditating, to creating a supportive environment, and how students can implement a daily meditation practice.
Furthermore, Gian is available to assist students and act as a support base when needed, for one month after the workshop.
