The Unicorn Hotel with be hosting our fifth 'My Australia' lunch, Proudly cooked by Morgan McGlone from Belle's Hot Chicken.
Morgan fell hard for hot chicken in Nashville. It sent him off in the tongue, brain and stomach regions like nothing else. With an all-ready burning passion for natural wine, Morgan bailed on his gig as Chef de Cuisine at Husk and came back to Australia to scout for a partner to bring his vision to life.
'My Australia' is an ongoing series where the most interesting and dynamic chefs in Australia are invited to cook at The Unicorn Hotel and showcase what represents Australian cuisine to them.
This time round, you'll be treated to a $70 per head menu. All with the added option of choosing from a selection of natural wines curated by Jake Smyth.
Make sure to book straight away as there is a limited amount of seating available.
